Cassetteados works with Printful as production and shipping partner. Your orders are printed on demand at one of their facilities and shipped directly to your door. Here’s how it works.
1. Production time
Once payment is confirmed, your order goes into production. Average production time is 2 to 5 business days. Some specialty products may take longer; we’ll notify you if so.
2. Estimated shipping times
- United States: 3 to 5 business days.
- Canada and Mexico: 5 to 10 business days.
- Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, etc.): 10 to 20 business days.
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days.
These times are estimates and only cover transit (not production). Events outside our control —customs delays, weather, postal strikes— may extend timelines.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on product, weight, and destination. You’ll see the exact amount before payment.
4. Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and link to the assigned carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or local operators depending on destination).
5. Customs and import taxes
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned, the Refund and Returns Policy applies (no automatic refund).
6. Wrong addresses
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address (street, number, city, postal code, country). If a package can’t be delivered due to a wrong or missing address, we can arrange reshipment at additional cost.
7. Multiple items per order
If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on which Printful facility produces them. Each package will have its own tracking number.
