At Cassetteados we want you happy with your purchase. Our products are made on demand by Printful, so this policy has specific terms. Please read carefully before ordering.
1. Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damaged in transit, or that doesn’t match your order, you may file a claim within 30 days of receipt.
To start a claim, email hola@cassetteados.com with:
- Order number.
- Clear photos of the product and the defect.
- Photo of the outer packaging if damage occurred during shipping.
- Brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer at no cost: replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
2. Lost in transit
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and, once loss is confirmed, arrange reshipment or refund.
3. Buyer’s remorse
Because products are personalized and printed on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size chosen, color you didn’t like). Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
Brazil residents exception: per Brazilian Consumer Code, customers in Brazil may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days after receipt by emailing hola@cassetteados.com with a photo of the unused product. The request will be evaluated based on product condition.
4. Wrong addresses
It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to Printful due to a wrong address or unclaimed delivery, no automatic refund is issued. We can arrange reshipment at additional cost.
5. Processing time
Valid claims are resolved within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of complete information. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (your bank may take up to 10 additional business days).
6. Non-eligible items
For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as face masks or underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
